For the past twelve years, I’ve been planning and coordinating events that feel meaningful, thoughtful, and genuinely memorable. I’ve worked closely with couples and clients through a proven process that brings their vision to life, and I feel lucky to be part of that experience with the people that I've worked with.
The approach that my team and I take is different than full-service planning because we focus entirely on the planning process. We take ownership of timelines, vendor coordination, and the tasks that bring everything together, then transition event-execution to a dedicated Day-of Coordinator of your choice. We'll guide you through a manageable planning timeline clearly outlining when decisions are recommended and why. You remain in control of every decision, with full visibility into timing, flexibility, and potential risks or trade-offs.

I'm so glad you're here! My background is in corporate project management and events planning. For the past nine years, I have been coordinating with clients and vendors to deliver multi-million dollar projects for Mercedes-Benz that required hundreds of tight deadlines and cohesive teamwork. In addition, I planned and executed large-scale retreats, celebrations, outings, conferences and parties.
I bring processed planning, structure, technology-driven solutions, and high empathy to our team. I love the excitement of seeing an event come together, especially having the responsibility of maintaining calm while resolving challenges and risks in the background.
